50th annual Milwaukee/NARI Home Improvement Show
When: FEBRUARY 9-12, 2012 Thursday - Sunday
Where: Wisconsin Exposition Center at State Fair Park

It would be our pleasure to meet with you at the Milwaukee NARI Home Improvement Show, February 9-12, 2012, at the Wisconsin State Fair Exposition Center. We are located at Booth 1031/932. View our array of remodeling projects, and speak with our professionals about your unique project. Our staff includes Certified Remodelers, Certified Aging in Place Specialists, and Certified Graduate Remodelers.

Hours for the show are Thurs/Friday, 10am-8pm; Saturday, 10am-8pm; and Sunday 10am-5pm. We are also an advance ticket outlet for the show, so purchase your tickets and meet our staff in our showroom. Call our office at 414-351-5558 for ticket sales hours.

Watch this site for future details about our participation in the Metropolitan Builders Association Spring Builders and Remodeling Event. This event combines three weekends of new home and remodeling projects. Remodeled homes shall be featured the weekend of April 21-22, 2012. Dates/times, and the location of our tour home shall be forthcoming!

Earns State and National NARI Honors

B&E General Contractors, Inc., of Glendale , Wisconsin, has won local and national honors from the Milwaukee NARI Home Improvement Council, and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry Contractor of the Year Awards (CoTY) competition.

Milwaukee NARI presented honors on January 21st, 2011, at its annual Wisconsin Remodelers Awards competition.

B&E earned a silver award in the category of Commercial Interior Renovations, for creating the Wine Tasting and Education Center for Ray’s Wines in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Underutilized office and storage space was converted into a spacious education room, featuring specific wine cooling systems, custom demonstration cabinetry and countertops, custom storage, built-in appliances, custom participant tables, unique flooring and integrated lighting and audio-visual systems.

This project has also earned B&E a NARI National Contractor of the Year title of Region 3 winner, and now competes for National Contractor of the Year (CoTY) title.

Additionally, B&E earned a silver award in the category of Entire House Remodel, $250,000-$500,000. This home featured extensive green remodeling amenities, including a geo-thermal heating system, rooftop solar panels, recycled materials, water recycling system, natural materials ( ie concrete countertops, cement siding), low voc finishes ( paint and stains), energy efficient windows, locally produced specialty items ( to decrease carbon footprint), and high efficiency appliances.

This project has earned B&E National NARI award as a 2011 Green Project Recognition winner, one of only seven to be awarded nation-wide.

NARI National awards shall be presented April 2, 2011, at the NARI Evening of Excellence, in Jersey City, New Jersey.
