B&E General Contractors, Inc. Earns Wisconsin Remodeler of the Year Awards Honors

B&E General Contractors, Inc., of Glendale , Wisconsin, has been awarded Gold awards from the Milwaukee NARI / Wisconsin Remodeler of the Year awards competition. The awards were presented January 20th, 2012 at the Milwaukee Intercontinental Hotel..

B&E earned a gold award in the category of Residential Bathroom, $30,000.-$60,000. for creating a universal access master bath in Waukesha. Barrier-laden bath facilities were converted into a spacious master bath featuring an oversized no-threshold master shower; cabinetry and fixtures that accommodate medical equipment; non-abrasive grooming and shower surfaces; in-reach grooming niches; in-floor heat; concealed in-reach electrical power outlets ; and a pocket door entry.

Additionally, B&E earned a gold award in the category of Residential Addition, $100,000-$250,000. This home features a new sunroom, highlighted with oversize accordion style retractable doors and windows, dramatic cathedral ceiling; unique interior styling with cedar, brick and tile; and exterior details with brick, sills, and molding.

Mark Brick, President of B&E, was honored with the Mary Fox-Hagner Lifetime Achievement Award. Mr. Brick was recognized for his quarter-century dedication to Milwaukee and National NARI, terms as local and National President, and many years of volunteering on the Foundation, Membership and Government Affairs committees.
